Retama Park, a proud member of the Penn Entertainment family, is delighted to announce the promotion of Amber Carson from Food and Beverage Lead to Assistant Food and Beverage Manager. This promotion comes as a recognition of her exceptional dedication, skill, and leadership.

 

Amber Carson has been an integral part of the Retama Park team since she first joined us in 1999. Throughout her tenure, she has exemplified the highest standards of service and commitment, earning the adoration of many guests throughout her 25 years of service. Amber’s journey with us has been marked by her unwavering passion, her exemplary work ethic, and her ability to foster a positive and dynamic environment within the Food and Beverage department.
